You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, but typically refunds for canceled orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order details. We recommend including your order number and the email address used to place the order to expedite the cancellation process.
We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your payment provider's policies. Some banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Please note that we can only refund the original purchase price of the item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Any discounts or promotions applied to your original order will be reflected in your refund amount.
If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you've checked with your financial institution and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details. We will investigate the matter and work with our payment processor to resolve any issues. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to complete our investigation before contacting us again about the same refund.
